Proprietary MLB projections powered by the Miñoso Projection System 

The Miñoso Projection System was created to serve as a key player level input to Founder Derek Grammer's Baseruns MLB origination model. The need for a projection system rooted realistic outcomes became abundantly clear during backtesting for this model. As the majority of the widely available projection systems use unrealistic innings pitched/total batters faced assumptions, Derek realized he had to build his own system from scratch and the Miñoso Projection System was born.

Derek Grammer is a Boston native and graduate of Wesleyan University where he played on the men's varsity soccer team and majored in Economics and International Relations. Derek resides in Beverly Hills, CA where he works in strategy & investments for a luxury boutique hotel brand. He spends his free time playing tennis, sampling LA's vast restaurant scene and playing men's league semi-pro/rec soccer.
